Got two watches serviced recently at Samstar. I searched online for good workshop to polish my emporio armani and I was not satisfied with anyone especially with pricing. Finally I got connected with Samstar team and to be honest I am very impressed with their service and they are very professional. I got my watch within 24hrs even-though they promised in two days time and the price for polishing was very reasonable compared to other agency whom I contacted. If there’s ever a need to fix your watches, luxury or not, this is the place to go! The customer service and craftsmanship is great! I had my the glass of my Rolex date-just fixed as it was broken. The finishing and quality of the glass replacement was so good! The watch was returned good as new. Also the pricing of the services is great for the quality delivered! Trust me, if you ever want a watch fixed they’re the people to go to.

My Citizen Eco-Drive was in need of a new glass and my Cosmograph Daytona’s hour hand was misaligned. The work was completed within a few days. Professional and really good. I have an Issey Miyake fully automatic watch that stopped working for a year now and the service center has stopped servicing this watch brand. Luckily, I stumbled upon Samstar in the internet.
